5.1 Grand Prize (One Winner)
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip package consisting of two (2) trip slots on a single Rogue Expeditions group departure (the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest traveling together), provided by Rogue Expeditions, plus the Nike merchandise and travel allowance described below. The Grand Prize winner may select a trip from a list of eligible Rogue Expeditions group departures provided by Rogue Expeditions from its 2027 departure calendar, subject to availability at the time of booking. The Grand Prize winner and guest will share double-occupancy accommodations; no single supplement applies.
The trip package (for the Grand Prize winner and one guest) includes:
Guided running expedition for two (2) people at the destination selected by the Grand Prize winner from the eligible Rogue Expeditions 2027 departures.
Lodging (double-occupancy) for the duration of the trip as specified by Rogue Expeditions.
Meals, in-country ground transportation, and guide services as specified in the selected trip itinerary.
All other inclusions as specified in the standard Rogue Expeditions trip itinerary for the selected departure.
A travel allowance of two thousand U.S. dollars ($2,000), provided by Road Runner Sports, to be applied toward travel expenses (such as airfare) at the Grand Prize winner’s discretion. The travel allowance will be issued in a single payment in a form determined by Road Runner Sports and has no cash value beyond $2,000. ARV: $2,000.
A head-to-toe Nike apparel and footwear package for the Grand Prize winner, consisting of Nike footwear and apparel selected from available styles, sizes, and inventory. Specific styles, sizes, and availability are subject to inventory. ARV: up to $1,000 total.
Round-trip airfare, passport and visa fees, travel insurance, gratuities, personal expenses, and any items not expressly included in the Rogue Expeditions trip itinerary are NOT included and are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner, except to the extent the Grand Prize winner elects to apply the $2,000 travel allowance toward such costs. The $2,000 travel allowance may not be sufficient to cover the full cost of airfare or other travel expenses, and the Grand Prize winner is responsible for any amounts exceeding the allowance.
Trip selection is subject to availability at time of booking. Grand Prize winner must select a trip within ninety (90) days of prize acceptance. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2027 (unless extended by mutual written agreement of the Sponsor and Rogue Expeditions). Unused portions of the prize have no cash value and will not be substituted.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: the two (2) trip slots are valued at up to $13,790 combined. Because the Grand Prize winner selects the departure after the drawing, the trip value is stated as “up to” the value of the highest-priced eligible departure. Plus $2,000 travel allowance and the Nike package (described above). Total ARV of the Grand Prize: approximately $16,790.
5.2 Secondary Prizes
Ten (10) Secondary Prize winners will each receive one (1) pair of Nike footwear, selected from available Nike styles, sizes, and inventory, with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of up to $200. Specific model, size, and availability are subject to inventory at the time of fulfillment.
Total ARV of all Secondary Prizes: up to $200 per winner; up to $2,000 total for all ten (10) Secondary Prize winners.
Secondary Prize Conditions:
Nike footwear selections are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value if a selected item is unavailable.
Secondary prizes will be shipped to a valid U.S. mailing address provided by the winner within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or the District of Columbia. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered shipments after tender to the carrier.
Secondary Prize winners must provide a valid shipping address within thirty (30) days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture.
5.3 Total ARV
Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $18,790.
Secondary Prize Conditions:
Grand Prize (1 winner): approximately $16,790 (two trip slots stated as up to the highest-priced eligible departure, plus $2,000 travel allowance and the Nike package).
Secondary Prizes (10 winners): up to $2,000.
Total winners: 11.
