Prize, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”), Odds of Winning and Prize Information.
(a) Prize and ARV. Each Drawing Period has its own Prize, each a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes,” as follows: (i) the Drawing Period 1 Prize is a JET 13” Benchtop Helical Head Planer, model JWP-13BTHH, with an ARV of $799; (ii) the Drawing Period 2 Prize is a JET 10” Drill Press, model JWDP-10, with an ARV of $249; (iii) the Drawing Period 3 Prize is a JET 8” Bench Grinder, model JWBG-8HS, with an ARV of $149; and (iv) the Drawing Period 4 Prize is a JET Oscillating Edge/Spindle Sander, model JWOES-4, with an ARV of $329.
