Grand Prize (One [1] Winner): The Grand Prize Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) persons (i.e., Winner and one [1] guest) [“Guest”]) to one city (“Destination City”) of Winner’s choice from list of options provided by Sponsor (the “Trip”). Trip includes: economy class round-trip air travel for two (2) to the Destination City of Grand Prize Winner’s Choice from the major U.S. gateway airport closest to winner’s home (“Airport of Origin”); two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) at the participating W Hotel in Destination City; one (1) seventy-five dollar ($75) Beverage and Food credit redeemable at the W Hotel (credit must be used during stay and restrictions apply); ground transportation between Destination City airport and hotel. Grand Prize Winner will also receive one (1) pair of Alien: Earth branded Skullcandy Crusher Evo Headphones and one (1) Alien: Earth Prize Pack consisting of one (1) of each of the following items: pin, hat, thermos (16.9 oz) (“Prize Pack”).

Second Prize (Thirty [30] Winners): Each winner will receive one Alien: Earth Prize Pack (as defined in the Grand Prize). ARV of Second Prize: $23.15 each.
