One (1) Prize: The winner will receive the total value of the swear jar awarded as a check made payable
to the winner. The total value of the swear jar is a progressive prize pool value and will be determined
by Sponsor based on depositing at least $1 to up to $15 per Swear Word.
Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the value per Swear Word in its sole discretion for a specific Race.
If such an adjustment is made, notice may be posted to the Website and/or on Sponsor’s or NASCAR’s
social media. In no event will a value per Swear Word be less than $1.
The value will be calculated cumulatively over the course of the 10 Races. The maximum approximate
retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $15,000.
