There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”).
Prize (One [1] Winner): Winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for the Winner and up to one (1) guest to attend an exclusive New Year’s Eve party in New York, NY (the “Trip”). The Trip includes: two (2) tickets to attend an exclusive New Year’s Eve party in Times Square (includes reserved indoor seating, dinner buffet, dessert bar, late night snacks) (“Party”); three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a Times Square area hotel in New York, NY selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) to New York from a major airport near Winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor) to a New York area airport selected by Sponsor; and roundtrip ground transportation to/from the New.
