One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of a one-year supply of JRKY beef sticks, totaling fifteen (15) twenty-four (24) count packs of JRKY (the “Prize”), with shipping included to a single mailing address within the contiguous United States. The Prize will be delivered as one (1) twenty-four (24) count pack shipped each month for twelve (12) consecutive months following winner confirmation, with three (3) bonus twenty-four (24) count packs included with the regularly scheduled shipments in months four (4), eight (8), and twelve (12). The winner will be contacted prior to each shipment to confirm flavor selection from the JRKY product lineup available at the time of fulfillment.
Approximate Retail Value. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $1,072.80 USD, based on a per-stick retail price of $2.98 and a total of three hundred sixty (360) sticks.
