GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES – Two (2) Grand Prizes – Each Grand Prize consists of a refund in the amount of such winner’s hhgregg single purchase which is completed during the Promotion Period. To determine the Grand Prize amount for each Grand Prize winner, a representative of Sponsor will verify such winner’s purchase amount during the Promotion Period. In the event a winner makes more than one (1) purchase at an hhgregg retail store and/or online at hhgregg.com during the Promotion Period, the Grand Prize will be in the amount of the largest single purchase made by the winner during the Promotion Period. In the event a Grand Prize winner did not make a purchase, the Grand Prize for that winner shall be a $1,000 hhgregg Gift Card or an hhgregg Gift Card in the amount of the average of all purchases made at hhgregg retail stores and hhgregg.com on Black Friday 2015 (11/27/15); whichever is greater.
