Prize: One (1) prospective Grand Prize Winner will receive the following (the “Grand Prize”): (i) one (1) home located in Louisville, Kentucky (the “HGTV Urban Oasis® 2023”) that is featured on the Websites (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $778,064); (ii) an All-New Mercedes Benz® GLC® or an alternative All-New Mercedes Benz® vehicle of the Grand Prize Winner’s choice not to exceed an ARV of $60,615 and subject to availability and MBUSA’s approval of selected model (the “Vehicle Prize”) (ARV: $60,615); (iii) Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) (awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer) courtesy of Viva® (the “Cash Prize”); and (iv) a five (5) year supply of Viva® brand paper towels in the form of twenty-four (24) packages each containing twelve (12) paper towel rolls (288 individual rolls total), courtesy of Viva® (the “Towel Prize”) (ARV: $ 456). Actual value of HGTV Urban Oasis® 2023 depends on market fluctuations. ARV of total Grand Prize: $899,135.
In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Urban Oasis® 2023 (and the contents of the HGTV Urban Oasis® 2023), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $300,000 in cash, awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (the “Cash Option”). If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize Winner will still receive the Cash Prize, the Vehicle Prize, and the Towel Prize. If the Grand Prize Winner cannot take possession of the HGTV Urban Oasis® 2023 due to a force majeure event, failure of construction, or any other reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Cash Option. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $411,071 if Grand Prize Winner receives the Cash Option in lieu of the HGTV Urban Oasis® 2023.
