PRIZES: Eight (8) Weekly Prizes each consisting of the complete Seasons 1, 2 and 3 of Drop Dead Diva, either as a complete season set or each individual episode of a season; and One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) made payable to Weekly Prize winner in the form of a check. Each Weekly Prize has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of One Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($175.00). Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes is One Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($1,400.00).
One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a Hotel and Spa Treatment at the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta, located in Atlanta, Georgia, which includes: – two (2) roundtrip coach tickets on an airline selected by Sponsor, – two (2) nights hotel accommodations in the destination city, – roundtrip ground transportation in the destination city between airport, hotel; – one (1) spa treatment for Grand Prize winner and travel companion; and Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) made payable to Grand Prize winner in the form of a check.
Grand Prize ARV is Two Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars ($2,833.00). Grand Prize winner’s travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Grand Prize winner must complete travel portion of prize on or before August 1, 2013 or trip component of Grand Prize will be forfeited. Sponsor will determine airports, airline, hotel and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Prize arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent. If winner cannot travel for any reason after all travel arrangements are made, winner will forfeit prize. Once scheduled, the itinerary cannot be altered. Grand Prize winner and travel companion are responsible for providing government-issued photo identification card or US drivers license and any and all other required identification and travel documents and for complying with all applicable security requirements. If Grand Prize winner is within two hundred (200) miles of the destination city, ground transportation to the destination city may be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, as of the date of departure. Grand Prize winner and their travel companion must travel together on the same roundtrip itinerary from the departure city to the destination city. In order to accompany Grand Prize winner on trip, travel companion must reasonably cooperate with Sponsor in connection with making travel arrangements and must execute and return to Sponsor liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents.
Total ARV of all prizes is Four Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars ($4,233.00).
