ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for winner and three (3) guests to Cape Cod, MA. Trip package includes:
– round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Boston, MA or Providence, RI (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
– seven (7) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quad occupancy);
– a tour of the Cape Cod® Potato Chips Factory;
– tickets to a Cape Cod Baseball League Minor League Baseball game (if in season);
– an SUV rental for the length of the stay;
– a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard;
– a whale watcher cruise out of Hyannis, MA (if in season);
– tickets to the Cape Cod Melody Tent (if in season);
– a sunset dinner cruise; and
– $1,500 spending money awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner.
If winner does not meet requirements for the SUV rental, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety with no substitution or compensation. Winner must complete the trip before December 31, 2014, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety with no substitution or compensation to winner. Trip must be booked through Sponsor at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.
NINE (9) FIRST PRIZES (ONE (1) PER WEEKLY ENTRY PERIOD): Cape Cod® Potato Chips for a year. Winner will receive a mixed case containing twelve (12) 8 ounce bags of Cape Cod® Potato Chips and 52 coupons, each for one free bag of Cape Cod® Potato Chips. Flavors in the mixed case will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $200.00 each.
Limit: One (1) Grand Prize and one (1) First Prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $11,800.00.
