Actually me and my husband think it might be a cell phone holder that goes down inside a cup holder in your vehicle and maybe it holds a pen too??  There was nothing in the package with it, but the return address said Kraft.  The only thing I can think of is that it came from sending in my UPC’s, but mmmm I think that was Nabisco.  Is that Kraft?  I remember a cup holder being offered but not this.
