One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will win a two (2)-night trip for two (2) people to
attend the movie premiere screening (the “Premiere”) of “Transformers: The Last Knight” (the “Film”),
tentatively scheduled to be held on June 20, 2017 (the “Prize”). The actual trip location and date will be
determined by the Sponsor to coincide with the Film premiere screening. The “Trip Package” shall consist
of the following:
• Economy class airfare for two (2) people to Premiere location from the commercial airport
nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence;
• Two (2) nights hotel accommodation in a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion with
daily breakfast for two (double occupancy);
• One (1) round-trip taxi reimbursement to/from airport;
• Two (2) Signature Lake & River Boat Cruise Tour tickets to use at leisure;
• Two (2) passes to Premiere;
• Round trip motor coach transfers to/from the hotel to Premiere for two (2) people;
• Limited Travel insurance for two (2) people.
The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Trip Package is USD $3,090.
