TAX GROSS-UP PAYMENT: Sponsor will also arrange for the Grand Prize winner to receive a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the Grand Prize winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt of the Grand Prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”). The Tax Gross Up Payment will be $4,000.00. The Grand Prize winner’s actual tax liabilities related to the Grand Prize could exceed the Tax Gross-Up Payment. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that the Tax Gross-Up Payment will defray all tax liabilities incurred by Grand Prize winner in accepting the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt of Grand Prize. Sponsor will not provide any assistance toward the Grand Prize winner’s tax obligations.
