Instant Win Bonus Prize Awards – Maximum of (32) awards available: Each eligible instant prize winner will be awarded an Exergen Temporal Thermometer with an approximate retail value of $50.00 each.

 Maximum of one instant win prize award per person during the entire Contest Period. Total maximum value of all available instant win bonus prize awards: $1,600.

 Grand Prize Drawing – Finalist Selection & Notification: Every eligible participant who participates in the Instant Win Virtual Temperature Game will receive one automatic Entry in the Grand Prize drawing for each day they participate in the Instant Win game. On or about February 14, 2013, one (1) potential grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. The potential grand prize winner will be notified initially by phone beginning on or about February 14, 2013. If the Contest Administrator is unsuccessful in their attempts to reach and speak directly with the potential winner by phone after two attempts over a 24-hour period to the phone number(s) listed on that potential winner’s Entry, then that potential winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries per the procedures outlined above. Messages will not be left during the notification process.
 During the winner notification phone call, the potential winner must confirm his/her eligibility, and indicate his/her willingness to accept the prize and participate in the Movie Award Prediction Challenge portion of the contest.

Grand Prize Finalist Award – Maximum of one (1) grand prize finalist award available: The grand prize finalist award includes the winner’s choice of either:
  A $500.00 gift card to Tiffany & Co. with a maximum retail value not to exceed $500; OR
  Two (2) iPad Minis, each with a maximum retail value not to exceed $329 each ($658 total).

Movie Awards Prediction Challenge (Grand Prize Finalist Participation Only): The selected Grand Prize finalist will have the opportunity to participate in the Movie Awards Prediction Challenge portion of the contest (see below) for a chance to win the Movie Award Prediction Grand Prize or Bonus Prize (described below) by submitting a maximum of two (2) predictions of the winners in each of the (24) Movie Award Categories in the designated movie awards show:
  Designated Movie Awards Show: 85th Movie Awards Show being telecast on ABC-TV from Hollywood’s Kodak Theatre on 2/24/2013.
  Grand Prize (correctly predict all 24 movie award category winners): The grand prize available for correctly predicting the winner in each of the (24) movie award categories on a single entry (may not be combined between two entry submissions) is as follows: $50,000 Shopping Spree, awarded in the form of a check payable to the grand prize winner in the amount of $50,000.
  Bonus Prize (correctly predict any 20 movie award category winners): The bonus prize available for correctly predicting the winner in any (20) of the (24) movie award categories on a single entry (may not be combined between two entry submissions) is as follows:
 $500.00 Cash.

 If the eligible grand prize finalist does not correctly predict the winner in each of the (24) movie award categories on either of their submitted predictions, as required by these official rules, then the movie award prediction grand prize will not be awarded. If the eligible finalist does not correctly predict the winner of any (20) of the (24) movie award categories on either of their submitted predictions, as required by these official rules, then the movie award prediction bonus prize will not be awarded.

 Total maximum value of all available prize awards not to exceed: $52,258, based upon all available instant win prize awards, finalist qualifying prize package and the Movie Award Prediction Challenge.
