Prizes:
There will be a total of one hundred and one (101) prizes (each a “Prize”, collectively “Prizes”) awarded, with one (1) second prize (“Second Prize”) to each Second Prize Winner, one (1) first prize (“First Prize”) to each First Prize Winner, and one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) to Grand Prize Winner.

fifty (50) Second Prizes awarded. one (1) Visa gift card with an Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of twenty-five dollars ($25) Total ERV of all Second Prizes is one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250).

fifty (50) First Prizes awarded. one (1) Visa gift card with an ERV of fifty dollars ($50). Total ERV of all First Prizes is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).

one (1) Grand Prize awarded. Grand Prize will consist of the following (subject to availability and to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion): one (1) trip to Los Angeles, CA OR New York, NY (the “Trip”) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”). Trip will consist of the following: round-trip, coach-class air travel for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an airport in or near Los Angeles, CA (“Los Angeles Airport”) OR New York, NY (“New York Airport”) (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel in or near the Los Angeles, CA OR New York, New York area (“Hotel”) (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); the opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and GP Guest to attend a taping (“Taping”) of a daytime, primetime, or late night NBC television show (“Show”) in New York, NY OR Los Angeles, CA (subject to availability and the sole discretion of NBCU); round-trip ground transportation to and from Los Angeles Airport OR New York Airport and Hotel; and round-trip ground transportation to and from Taping and Hotel.
