Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for four (Grand Prize Winner’s guests must comprise the parent or legal guardian of the Grand Prize Winner if Grand Prize Winner is a minor) to Los Angeles, CA. Trip Package consists of: round-trip air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and Guests from the major U.S. airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; round-trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guests from Los Angeles airport to hotel; 3-nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice (double room, quad. occupancy); tickets and round-trip ground transportation (from the hotel) to the Teen Choice 2011 award show for Grand Prize Winner and Guests on a date to be announced. The Grand Prize winner will also be awarded one authentic Teen Choice surfboard. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $8,100. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. In the event that Teen Choice 2011 does not take place, a prize of equal value will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. ARV of Grand Prize may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Any person that participates in the Trip Package that is not deemed a Guest must pay his/her own expenses. Grand Prize Winner and Guests must be able to travel between dates to be announced.

Grand Prize Winner and Guests must be able to travel on dates to be determined by Sponsor. Exact dates of travel to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Trip Package is subject to certain restrictions. All meals, ground transportation and incidentals not described herein and incurred by Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her Guests.

If Grand Prize Winner resides within a sixty (60) mile radius of Los Angeles, CA, in lieu of the round trip air transportation portion of the Trip Package, Grand Prize Winner and Guests will receive round-trip limousine transportation of Sponsor’s choice for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests from Grand Prize Winner’s residence to the hotel. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the ARV for the Grand Prize for a local resident and the ARV for the Grand Prize who is not a local resident. In the event production of the Teen Choice 2011 show is cancelled or postponed, show ticket portion of the prize will be cancelled without substitution or compensation therefore.

Third Runner-Up Prize: (1 winner) Dell Colored notebook laptop (ARV $400).
Fourth Runner-Up Prize: (3 winners) iPod touch (ARV $200)
