A maximum of one (1) Grand Prize and one hundred (100) First Prizes will be awarded in connection with this sweepstakes (each a “Prize”; collectively the “Prizes”). The “Grand Prize” consists of a trip for two (2) to Long Beach, CA in April of 2023 for a Formula Drift Experience with Adam LZ, including: roundtrip economy class airfare for two (2); 5-days & 4-nights’ hotel accommodations in a single, double occupancy room at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; a $10,000 stipend (sent in the form of a check made payable to the confirmed winner) that may be used towards car rental, ground transportation, miscellaneous expenses, and/or incidentals; a ride-a-long experience with Adam LZ including a personal video of the experience; and two (2) Formula Drift tickets. Each “First Prize” consists of an Adam LZ fan box. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $50,200. ARV of each First Prize is $100. Total ARV of all Prizes is $60,200.
