ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are eighteen (18)
years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of January 7, 2014 and who are
physically located and residing in the KNBC, WNBC, KNTV, KNSD, WRC, WCAU, WVIT, WTVJ,
WMAQ, and KXAS terrestrial geographic viewing areas (each, a “Local Geographic Area”; collectively,
“Overall Geographic Area”) in the following counties:

KNBC: Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura in the state of California.

KNTV: Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, Solano, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and
Sonoma in the state of California

KXAS: Anderson, Bosque, Collin, Comanche, Cooke, Dallas, Delta, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Fannin,
Freestone, Hamilton, Henderson, Hill, Hood, Hopkins, Hunt, Jack, Johnson, Kaufman, Lamar, Navarro,
Palo Pinto, Parker, Rains, Rockwall, Somervell, Tarrant, Van Zandt and Wise in the state of Texas.

WTVJ: Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe in the state of Florida

WRC: The District of Columbia, and the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, Spotsylvania,
Stafford, Frederick, Clarke, Fauquier, Loudoun, Warren, Jefferson, Culpeper, King George, Orange,
Page, Rappahannock, Shenandoah, and Westmoreland in Virginia; the counties of Berkeley, Grant,
Hampshire, Hardy, Mineral, and Morgan in West Virginia; the counties of Montgomery, Prince George’s,
Calvert, Charles, Frederick, Allegany, St. Mary’s, and Washington in Maryland; and Fulton county in
Pennsylvania

WNBC: Bronx, Dutchess, Kings, Nassau, New York, Orange, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland,
Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester in the state of New York; the counties of Bergen, Essex,
Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and
Warren in the state of New Jersey; the county of Fairfield in the state of Connecticut; and the county of
Pike in the state of Pennsylvania.

WCAU: Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia in the
state of Pennsylvania; the counties of Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Cape May, Atlantic, Salem, and
Cumberland in the state of New Jersey; and the counties of New Castle and Kent in the state of Delaware 

KNSD: the county of San Diego in the state of California.

WMAQ: Cook, De Kalb, Du Page, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake, La Salle, McHenry, and
Will in the state of Illinois; and Jasper, Lake, La Porte, Newton, and Porter in the states of Indiana and
Illinois 

WVIT: New London, Litchfield, New Haven, Tolland, Hartford, Fairfield, Windham, and Middlesex in
the state of Connecticut,

Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

PRIZES: There will be a total of twenty one (21) prizes (“Prizes”) awarded: ten (10) second prizes
(“Second Prizes”); ten (10) first prizes (“First Prizes”); and one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”). Limit
one (1) Prize per person, family, or household.

Second Prizes: There will be ten (10) Second Prizes awarded, with one (1) Second Prize awarded to each
Second Prize Winner. Each Second Prize will consist of one (1) piece of Sochi Olympic gear, to be
determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and potentially including: one (1) sports bag, one (1) water
bottle, one (1) hat, one (1) beanie, one (1) pair of gloves, or one (1) towel. Estimated Retail Value
(“ERV”) of each Second Prize is ninety dollars ($90). Total ERV of all Second Prizes is nine
hundred dollars ($900).

First Prizes: There will be ten (10) First Prizes awarded, with one (1) First Prize awarded to each First
Prize Winner. Each First Prize will consist of the following: one (1) Samsung 16GB Galaxy Note 10.1
(white color) in. ERV of each Second Prize is four hundred and thirty-five dollars ($435). Total
ERV of all Second Prizes is four thousand, three hundred and fifty dollars ($4,350).

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded to Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize will consist
of two thousand and five hundred dollars ($2,500), payable by check. ERV of Grand Prize is two
thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).

Total ERV of all Prizes awarded is seven thousand, seven hundred and fifty dollars ($7,750)
