Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to New York City to attend a Sponsor specified taping of The Dr. Oz Show during Fall 2012. Winner and guest must agree to depart and return on dates specified by Sponsor. Dates of departure and return are subject to change (ARV: $5,000). Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, standard hotel accommodations, one room/double occupancy, meals, airport transfers, and spending money. Winner and guest are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to additional meals, additional transportation, upgraded room accommodations, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Date of The Dr. Oz Show taping will be specified by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated or stolen travel documents. The actual retail value of the prize will depend on winner’s point of departure/return and dates of travel. If the Grand Prize winner lives within a 50 mile radius of New York City, no air transportation will be provided; only ground transportation will be provided. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. In the event The Dr. Oz Show is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof but the remainder of the trip will be awarded. Children under 18 are not permitted to attend the taping of The Dr. Oz Show. Meeting Dr. Oz is subject to availability and at discretion of Sponsor. There is no monetary value associated with meet-and-greet portion of the prize. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Prize may not be transferred, sold or offered for sale.
