The one (1) verified Winner of this Contest will receive one (1) trip for two (2) (the Winner and one (1) guest age
18 or older) to Huntington Beach, CA including the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare between a major
commercial airport near the Winner’s home (as determined in the sole discretion of the Contest Administrator)
and a major commercial airport in Orange County, CA, as determined in the sole discretion of the Contest
Administrator, departing on Friday, November 13, 2026 and returning on Sunday, November 15, 2026; (ii) two (2)
nights hotel accommodations (one (1) room, standard double occupancy) at a hotel in Huntington Beach, CA (as
determined in the sole discretion of the Contest Administrator) checking in on Friday, November 13, 2026 and
checking out on Sunday, November 15, 2026; and (iii) two (2) VIP tickets to the 2026 Darker Waves Festival at
Huntington Beach City Beach, 1 Main Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92648 on Saturday, November 14, 2026 (the
“Prize”). The total value of the Prize is estimated at (but will not exceed) $3,850.00 and is provided by C3
Presents, LLC. The actual value of the Prize awarded will depend upon the Winner’s origin city (in no event will
the Winner be entitled to any difference (in cash or other prizes) in value between $3,850.00 and the actual Prize
value). Ground transportation and incidentals are NOT included in the Prize
