Prize Details: One Winner will receive a Grand Prize consisting of a trip for two (2), two (2) tickets to the July 2, 2011 performance of Tiësto LIVE, and a $1,000 A|X Armani Exchange Gift Card, all as described more fully below.

 Trip:

 The Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada, departing for Las Vegas on July 1, 2011, and returning on July 3, 2011. The trip includes round trip, coach class airfare for two (2) to MacCarran International Airport in Las Vegas departing from and returning to the major airport nearest to the Winner’s home, as determined by Sponsor; and 2 nights/3 days standard room hotel accommodations for two (2) at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino (4455 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, Nevada). THE WINNER OF THE TRIP MUST TRAVEL ON THE SPECIFIED DATES OR THE TRIP WILL BE FORFEITED IN ITS ENTIRETY. Other restrictions may apply.  The Winner will receive two (2) tickets to see DJ Tiësto perform on July 2, 2011 (currently scheduled for 10:00 p.m.) at The Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The approximate retail value of the concert prize is $300.

 Gift Card:
 The Winner will receive a $1,000 A|X Armani Exchange Gift Card.
