We love cooking with kids! There are oodles of studies that highlight the benefits of having kids involved in the kitchen early from future health to just a better understanding of where food comes from. We have partnered with the Kids Cook Monday to raise awareness and encourage people to get kids in the kitchen, and hopefully inspire some new family traditions of cooking together!
YOUR ASSIGNMENT: Get your kids involved in cooking and take pictures! Tag us @TomatoWellnes, tag our friends @KidsCookMonday and use the hashtag #MiniChefContest . It doesn’t matter what you’re making, but obviously we LOVE recipes that include tomato products and are on the healthier side
