One (1) Prize will be awarded. The Prize consists of two (2) tickets to one (1) 2027 MLB Spring Training game: one (1) ticket for the Prize winner and one (1) ticket for the winner’s guest. The Prize winner may select Spring Training in either Florida (Grapefruit League) or Arizona (Cactus League); Sponsor will determine the specific game, city, date, and tickets in its sole discretion. The Prize also includes a special on-site experience for the winner and guest, subject to availability and the rules and regulations of MLB and/or the applicable Club.
The Prize includes a 3-day/2-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to the city where the game is held. Sponsor will determine airline, flight itinerary, hotel and accommodations in its sole discretion. Two nights in hotel is single room (double occupancy). If, in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to the venue city, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the winner. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodation are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Winner will not receive the difference between actual and ARV. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or a component thereof) for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Without limiting the foregoing, if the 2027 MLB Spring Training season, the applicable Spring Training game, or a material component of the Prize does not occur or becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, provide an alternative prize or prize experience of equal or greater value. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of a prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel must be round trip. All travel must be completed on dates stated by the Sponsor. If winner is unable to travel and attend the game at the required time, winner forfeits the Prize in its entirety, and no other prizing will be provided. All travel dates will be determined by the Sponsor and, once made, may not be altered except by Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. Meals not described above, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip are the responsibility of the winner. All other expenses not specifically identified as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates and/or times specified by Sponsor or the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Once the travel companion is selected, he/she may not be substituted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining any identification documents necessary for domestic travel. Travel companion of winner must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and must sign a Liability and Publicity Release. If potential winner’s travel companion fails to return such documents within the date and/or time indicated within such documents, then the potential winner may forfeit the right to the travel companion.
Game tickets, the special on-site experience, and any related credentials are non-transferable and may not be sold or traded. The special on-site experience is subject to availability, MLB and Club rules, scheduling, weather, and other conditions, and is not guaranteed to occur.
Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mlb.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and their guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or their guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. Participation in the prize event is subject to winner’s (and guest’s) consent to and compliance with all health and safety policies of the MLB Entities.
Approximate retail value of the Prize is $3,500-4,000.
