vote for the Team that you predict will be the First Place Team at the end of the Market Period
On or about May 29, 2019, representatives of Sponsors will determine the first-place team (the “First Place Team”) based on the aggregate price gains or losses of each Team’s three (3) Investments in the relevant investment exchange market(s) between April 29, 2019 at 10:00 AM ET and May 28, 2019 at 5:00 PM ET

There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to Winner. Prize will consist of one (1) trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to the CNBC Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ (“Trip”). Trip includes the following: roundtrip airfare for Winner and one (1) Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to a New York area airport (“NY Airport”); two (2) night hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) for Winner and one (1) Guest at a New York area hotel (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) (“Hotel”); ground transportation to and from NY Airport and Hotel; and the opportunity for Winner and one (1) Guest to meet with CNBC on-air talent (subject to availability and at Sponsors’ sole discretion) and attend a taping of a CNBC program (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) (“Taping”) at the CNBC headquarters, located at 900 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632.

Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the start of the Sweepstakes Period. PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE PARKING, ACCOMODATIONS OR TRANSPORTATION BEYOND THAT SPECIFIED ABOVE.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is four thousand dollars ($4,000).
