PRIZE: The Grand Prize consists of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to New York, New York to attend the InTune:Rocks concert and a filmed in-store JCPenney/Uproar makeover at the Manhattan JCPenney and used for online promotional material, including, but not limited to, JCPenney/Uproar or InTune:Rocks promotional recap videos on J-14.com, mmm-mag.com, twistmagazine.com, JCPenney.com or any other affiliated JCPenney/Uproar or InTune:Rocks websites. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the guest must be the winner’s parent or legal guardian. The trip consists of round trip coach class air transportation for the winner and guest (provided that Sponsor may substitute another form of transportation if the winner’s residence is 300 miles or less from New York, New York), standard double occupancy accommodations (room rate and taxes only) for the winner and guest for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor, two (2) tickets (one for the winner and one for the guest) to the InTune:Rocks concert, two (2) passes to attend a “meet and greet” with Vita Chambers, Comic Books Heroes and Cody Simpson and an InTune:Rocks gift bag (contents selected by Sponsor). Sponsor anticipates that the InTune:Rocks concert will take place on August 26, 2010, but the concert date, trip itinerary and all prize details are subject to change and will be determined solely by Sponsor. The winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,000.00.
