Grand Prize: (1 winner) A trip for two people to see Josh Turner in concert in Las Vegas, Nevada. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the winner’s home to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, NV (as determined by Prize Provider), 2-nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at the Silverton Casino Lodge, roundtrip ground transportation between airport and Hotel, two tickets to see Josh Turner in concert on February 27, 2010 (seats selected by Prize Provider), and a meet and greet for two with Josh Turner (ARV $1,700)

Travel will take place February 26-28, 2010 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If the Grand Prize winner is unavailable for travel on the designated dates, the Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Meals and beverages, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prize Provider, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Grand Prize winner resides within one hundred (100) miles from the trip destination. If, for any reason, the Concert and/or the Visit are postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible, and the trip will be awarded without the Concert and/or the Visit on the same itinerary. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.
