Target Popchips Meet Katy Perry in L.A. Sweepstakes

One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for Winner and one (1) Guest (13 years of age or older) to Los Angeles, CA on dates to be designated by Sponsor between February 2013 and December 2013 for a meet and greet with Katy Perry. The Grand Prize trip consists of:
 • round-trip coach air transportation between major airport nearest Winner’s home and Los Angeles, CA for Winner and Guest (airline carrier to be designated by Sponsor),
 • two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room, standard double occupancy accommodations) at a Sponsor specified hotel in Los Angeles, CA, and
 • a $500 American Express Gift Card (to be used towards ground transportation and meals while in Los Angeles).
 Prize also includes the opportunity to attend a “meet and greet” session with Katy Perry (date and time to be determined by Sponsor) and a one (1) year supply of popchips, awarded as twelve (12) twenty-four (24) count boxes of katy’s kettle corn popchips. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,035.

 In the event the Winner resides within a 180 mile radius of Los Angeles, CA, the air transportation portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and Sponsor will provide ground transportation between the Winner’s home and the hotel in Los Angeles, CA. No compensation will be given for any difference between the cost of ground transportation and the estimated cost of air transportation. Winner will be solely responsible for any and all expenses and costs not expressly listed above including, but not limited to, any and all ground transportation between Winner’s residence and departure airport, ground transportation while in Los Angeles, meals and beverages, telephone calls, gratuities, baggage fees, travel upgrades and personal incidentals. Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents prior to departure. Winner and Guest must travel on dates designated by Sponsor. Grand Prize Trip is subject to availability and restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Guest must be 13 years of age or older. If the Winner is an eligible minor, he or she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (who will be counted as the Winner’s Guest). Winner may only select a minor as a Guest if Winner is the minor Guest’s parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize Trip must be taken on the Sponsor-designated dates, which will be between February 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013. In the event, for whatever reason, the meet and greet with Katy Perry does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons included but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, or for any other reason, then in lieu of participating in Katy Perry’s Meet and Greet Session, the Winner will receive the remaining components, if any, of the Grand Prize, which shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to the Winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded.

Sixteen (16) First Prizes (one per Daily Prize Drawing): a one month supply of katy’s kettle corn popchips, awarded as one box of twenty-four (24) 1oz bags. ARV: $36.
