HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, visit www.twitter.com, www.facebook.com, orwww.instagram.com and log-in or create an account on one of the above-identified social media platforms. There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
a) ENTER VIA FACEBOOK: During the Promotion Period, log in to your Facebook account and visit the Panera Bread Facebook page at www.facebook.com/panerabread. Comment on the #Panerafaves post with a relevant response to the respective Entry Period’s question/call to action, including the #Panerafaves hashtag in your message (herein referred to as your “Entry”). By completing these actions, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes in the Entry Period in which you post.
b) ENTER VIA TWITTER: During the Promotion Period, log in to your Twitter account and follow @PaneraBread. Then, Tweet a relevant response to the respective Entry Period’s question/call to action and include the #Panerafaves hashtag with (herein referred to as your “Entry”). By completing these actions you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes in the Entry Period in which you Tweet.
c) ENTER VIA INSTAGRAM: During the Promotion Period, log in to your Instagram account and follow @PaneraBread. Then, tag @PaneraBread in a post and include the #Panerafaves hashtag with a relevant response to the respective Entry Period’s question/call to action (herein referred to as your “Entry”). By completing these actions you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes in the Entry Period in which you tag in a post.
For each Entry Period below, you must enter between the dates listed above.
1. 2/17/14–2/21/14: Drawing Date: 2/22/14

Share an image of your favorite Panera menu item.
3. 3/3/14-3/7/14: Drawing Date: 3/8/14

4. 3/10/14-3/14/14: Drawing Date: 3/15/14
Create an Ode to your favorite Panera menu item and share it on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using #Panerafaves.
5. 3/17/14-3/21/14: Drawing Date: 3/22/14
Show us an image of your favorite Panera menu item with your favorite person.
6. 3/24/14-3/28/14: Drawing Date: 3/29/14
Show us an image of your favorite item in your favorite place.
WINNER SELECTION; PRIZES: Winners will be randomly selected by Sponsor using the True Random Number Generator located on www.random.org. A total of One Hundred Fifty (150) Prizes (Twenty-five (25) per Entry Period); a $25 Panera Bread® gift cards will be awarded per winner. Terms and conditions apply.
