Grand Prize: (1 winner) $5,000

In addition, Nestlé Community Affairs will directly donate a $2,000 Nestlé Educational Foundation School Grant (“Grant”) to the Grand Prize winner’s choice of a public or private educational institution, Kindergarten through Grade 12 with a verified tax status as a 501(c)(3) organization as defined under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended or considered government instrumentalities that are eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions from individuals under Section 170(c)1 of the Internal Revenue Code (the “School”). (ARV $5,000. ARV does not include Grant.) The choice of School is subject to Sponsor’s approval and the Grant will be made payable to the School directly by Nestlé Community Affairs, and is not tax deductible by the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will not be responsible for taxes associated with the Grantbut will be responsible for any federal, state and local taxes associated with the $5000 cash prize. In the event the Grand Prize winner does not select an eligible School, Nestlé Community Affairs reserves the right to donate the Grant to a School of its choice.
