Winners will be determined via the processes set forth below.
a. Contest: After the Promotion Period, qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the top Submissions (the potential Grand Prize and First Prize winners) based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):
Quality of Submission (25%);
Creativity/Originality (25%);
Flavor Combination of Food Pairing (25%); and
Passion for Chocolate (25%)
In the event of a tie, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will determine the applicable potential winner based on the Submission that received the highest score in the Flavor Combination of Food Pairing category.
b. Sweepstakes: Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and selection of potential Sweepstakes winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries on or around March 24, 2014 and will notify each potential winner by email or phone at that time.
Prizes:
a. Contest: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for winner and guest to the Food and Wine Classic in Aspen, CO. Trip package includes: round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Aspen, CO; three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; two (2) tickets to the Food and Wine Classic (scheduled to be held on June 20, 2014 – June 22, 2014); and $500 spending money. Winner must be available to travel from June 19, 2014 – June 22, 2014 or prize will be forfeited.
b. Sweepstakes: TWENTY (20) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: A Lindt EXCELLENCE gift basket. ARV: $50. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
