Prize: The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for use by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to the “2010 Video Music Awards” currently contemplated to take place on September 12, 2010 in Los Angeles, CA (the “Event”), subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The trip will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest (to be taken together) which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sponsor’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence to Los Angeles, CA. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, CA, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value; (ii) roundtrip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest (to be taken together) between airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA and between the Event and hotel; (iii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations based on double occupancy in Los Angeles, CA for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest. One (1) hotel room will be provided for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest (room rate and room tax only; meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included) and (iv) access for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest to the Event (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,000.00
