(1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize Winner will receive (i) an economic interest equivalent to a five percent (5%) ownership interest in a Thoroughbred racehorse managed by West Point Thoroughbreds, Inc.) for a one-year period beginning November 15, 2008 and concluding November 15, 2009. As such, the Grand Prize winner will receive any cash distributions resulting from the performance of the Grand Prize Thoroughbred (or such other Thoroughbred as determined in the sole discretion of West Point Thoroughbreds, Inc.) made from the limited liability company that owns such Thoroughbred over the one-year period from award date subject to West Point Thoroughbreds terms and conditions
