Prize: (3 winners) Trip for two to one AOL Sessions taping (in either New York City or Los Angeles – location to be determined by Sponsor) for 3-days/2-nights. Prize package includes two passes to the AOL Sessions taping, roundtrip coach airfare for two, and hotel accommodations for 3-days/2-nights (single room, double occupancy). The New York City, NY trip includes round-trip ground transportation between the airport and hotel in NYC and two tickets to a Sponsor-selected Broadway Show. The Los Angeles, CA trip includes use of compact car rental for duration of trip and two one-day tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood.

Winner and travel guest must be able to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Destination city to be selected by Sponsor. If winner of the Grand Prize is considered a minor in his/her state of residence, he or she must travel with a parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel guest must travel together on the same itinerary and must travel to and from the major airport closest to the winner’s residence. In the event a winner lives within a 150-mile radius of destination location, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner’s travel guest must be 18 years of age or older. Flight details are subject to space availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Sponsor reserves the right to require the travelers to fly on certain days of the week, and/or at certain times of the day or night. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Any picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the winner and travel guest’s responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or mutilated travel certificates and none will be replaced. Certain additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. All other expenses not specified herein (including, but not limited to, taxes, meals, beverages, ground transportation not specified above, gasoline for rental car, and gratuities) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Car rental is subject to additional restrictions set forth by car rental contract. If winner does not meet rental car requisites/requirements that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. If potential winner cannot attend the first AOL Sessions taping offered by Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right to offer at most one (1) additional AOL Sessions Trip to potential winner. In no event will more than a total of two (2) AOL Sessions Trips be offered to a potential winner. All travel must be completed on Sponsor-specified dates (ARV $5,000)
