Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): 1 Prize: A 3-day/2-night trip for winner and one (1) travel companion
to the applicable location of the WNBA Finals (the “Game Site”) for the purpose of attending one WNBA Finals game
(“Game”) selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion (“Trip”). The Game is currently scheduled to take place in October
2026, however Game date is subject to change. Trip includes round-trip economy class air transportation from major
commercial airport nearest winner’s home to the Game Site and returning from the Game Site, two (2) nights hotel
accommodations (based on double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the Game, a $400 check to be used towards
spending money and $3,000 awarded as a check to help defray taxes for winner. The ARV of the prize is $8,200.
