PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive five hundred (500) Hasbro toys and games of the Sponsors choice, including one (1) of each of the Second Prizes, described below, with a total approximate retail value (ARV) of Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars($6,500) and One Thousand Dollars ($1,000). The total ARV of the Grand Prize is Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500).

Five Hundred (500) Second Prize Winners will each receive one of the following Hasbro toys or games, as randomly determined by Administrator:

One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) STAR WARS GENERAL GREVIOUS SPINNING ELECTRONIC LIGHTSABER, with an ARV of Thirty-Four Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($34.99) each;

One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) BEYBLADE METAL FUSION: SUPER VORTEX BATTLE SET, with an ARV of Twenty-Four Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents each;

One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) FURREAL FRIENDS FURRY FRENZIES SCOOT’ N SCURRY PLAYSET, with an ARV of Twenty-Nine Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($29.99); and

One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) U-BUILD BATTLESHIP, with an ARV of Nineteen Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($19.99) each.

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES (501 PRIZES): Twenty Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Five Dollars ($20,345.00).
