GRAND PRIZE: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL RECEIVE A SIX (6)-NIGHT TRIP TO ARMENIA FOR THE GRAND
PRIZE WINNER AND ONE (1) TRAVEL COMPANION (“GUEST”), CONSISTING OF:
• Six (6) consecutive nights of hotel accommodations in one (1) standard double-occupancy room at a
hotel in Yerevan to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, together with round-trip ground
transportation between Zvartnots International Airport and the hotel.
• Two (2) round-trip economy class airline tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest between a major
commercial airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Administrator/Sponsor in
its sole discretion) and Zvartnots International Airport, Armenia.
• One (1) $500 VISA® Prepaid Gift Card.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize package is: $10,000.00. Actual value may vary depending on the
Grand Prize Winner’s residence, travel dates, and fare and rate availability; any difference between the stated ARV and the
actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded.
FIRST PRIZE: Four (4) First Prize Winners Will Each Receive:
• One (1) year supply of Toufayan products, consisting of twelve (12) monthly shipments of assorted
Toufayan Bakery products selected by Sponsor. Each monthly shipment will contain approximately
twelve (12) packages of Toufayan products and is expected to be shipped on or about the first Monday
of the applicable month, beginning in the first full calendar month following winner verification.
Shipments will be made by FedEx, UPS, or another carrier selected by Sponsor to a valid street address
within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Sponsor may substitute a product of equal
or greater value for any unavailable or discontinued product.
