The Prize consists of: a two (2) day, one (1) night trip for Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”) to the PFL Finals (“Trip”), exact location (“Location”) of hotel and flight to be determined once Finals have been announced by PFL, 0ne (1) free Liteboxer unit shipped to Winner’s home, and one (1) year of free premium membership to the Liteboxer fitness program. Trip will include: round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and up to one (1) Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion) to the Location; one (1) night standard hotel accommodation (one room, single or double occupancy, room and tax only) as determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Location; two (2) tickets for Winner and Guest to the Finals fight in late October. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Trip Prize is estimated Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars($4,500).
