DAILY REWARDS POINT PRIZE: For each “Day” (as defined below) of the Contest Period, up to the first Five Hundred Thousand (500,000) entrants who pass Chipotle twice in a single Game will receive Two Hundred and Fifty (250) Chipotle Rewards points
Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize which consists of one standard (1) 2021 Tesla Model 3 (MSRP: $39, 990.00). Sponsor will determine all features of vehicle including but not limited to color of exterior and interior and all other features or upgrades.
In addition to the prize, the Contest Entities will provide the verified winner with a single cash payment of up to Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00), which is intended to help the winner pay any federal, state, other tax obligations, title, documentation, and registration fees related to the prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”). Sponsor will deduct sales tax, title and documentation fees, registration fees, and any other fees payable at the time of purchase from the Tax Gross-Up Payment. The amount of the Tax Gross-Up Payment will be determined based on the winner’s actual tax liability, but is capped at Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $53,990.00
First Prize. There are three (3) First Prizes available. Each First Prize consists of one (1) gift card that can be used to redeem one (1) RadRover5 Electric Fat Bike. Gift cards are subject to additional terms and conditions that the issuer imposes on its gift cards, which may appear on the card itself or be accessible online. The ARV of each First Prize is $1,699.00.
Second Prize. There are six (6) Second Prizes available. Each Second Prize consists of one (1) gift card that can be used to redeem one (1) Boosted Plus V3 electric skateboard. The ARV of each Second Prize is $1,399.00.
No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Applicable portions of prizes will be delivered only to an address in the continental United States. The total ARV of all prizes is $67,481.00.
