HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: Send an email to anhughes@etbrowne.com with the subject line “Palmer’s Hand Cream Giveaway” in the text of the e-mail, provide the following entry information: your name, e-mail address, mailing address and date of birth.

 SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: Ten (10) Prizes will be awarded. Each Prize consists of one (1) Palmer’s Hand & Lip Prize Pack. The ten (10) Prizes will be awarded by random drawing from the pool of eligible Entrants in accordance with the “Winner Section” process provided below. The ARV of each Prize is $20.
