PRIZES:
 1.The winner drawings will take place on January 25, 2013 and February 1, 2013 consisting of 10 winners for each drawing for a total of 20 winners. The winners will be selected by random drawing among all eligible entries received electronically. All decisions made by Fred’s Inc. management regarding any aspect of this promotion are final.
 2.The winner or selected entrant will have 30 days to respond to the Direct Message sent to them on Twitter with their contact information of their name, email address, and their smartcard number for the sole purpose of awarding smartbucks. Smartcards are available at fred’s Super Dollar store free of charge, and can be enrolled either by phone or online. Visit the smartcard FAQ Page for more information. Winners who are not current smartcard holders will be mailed a pre-loaded, enrolled card from our customer service center after obtaining the appropriate contact information.
 3.Prizes will be awarded solely upon winner verification and final approval by Fred’s Inc. The winner will be notified by a Direct Message via Twitter, a Twitter post from @FredsInc, and listed on fred’s Super Dollar Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/FredsInc) within 24 hours of being selected.
 4.Prize package will include a specified prize that consists of the following: $25 in smartbucks per winner, awarded to the player’s smartcard. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. No substitution of prize is offered (including cash); no transfer of prize to a third party is permittedd
