Four (4) prizes (collectively the “National Prizes”) will be awarded in this Sweepstakes as detailed in this section.
1. Grand Prize Winner. The first Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Grand Prize Winner” and awarded USD $10,000 presented in the form of a check. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is USD $10,000.
2. Second Place Winner. The second Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Second Place Winner” and awarded USD $5,000 presented in the form of a check. The ARV of this prize is USD $5,000.
3. Third Place Winner. The third Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Third Place Winner” and awarded USD $5,000 presented in the form of a check. The ARV of this prize is USD $5,000.
4. Fourth Place Winner. The fourth Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Fourth Place Winner” and awarded USD $5,000 presented in the form of a check. The ARV of this prize is USD $5,000.
The ARV of all national prizes being awarded in the Sweepstakes is USD $25,000.
LOCAL PRIZES
In addition to the prizes described above, Local Prizes may be awarded by random drawing, in the Publication’s sole and absolute discretion. Local Prizes, if applicable, as well as the date of any random drawings for such Local Prizes, are detailed in Exhibit B.
