The Staples Make Your Idea Happen Contest

How to Enter the Contest: There are two (2) ways to enter:
(1) During the Contest Period, you (“Entrant”) may access the Contest via Facebook by visiting MakeYourIdeaHappen.dja.com/FB.php. You must “Like” Staples (if you do not already) and complete the on-screen registration form including your Make Your Idea Happen title (in 30 characters or less) and idea (in 100 words or less) (all components combined constitute the “Contest Entry”).
(2) During the Contest Period, Entrant may access the Contest without a Facebook account by visiting MakeYourIdeaHappen.dja.com/microsite.php and completing all required fields of the on-screen registration form including your Make Your Idea Happen title (in 30 characters or less) and idea (in 100 words or less).
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV’s”): Grand Prize [one (1)]: US$25,000 towards Staples products and help from Staples to bring winner’s Make Your Idea Happen vision to life, awarded as a US$17,500 Staples gift card and a US$7,500 check to defray taxes and a Sponsor-specified series of consultative phone calls with a panel of third party experts to help winner Make Your Idea Happen (based on their availability). The ARV of the Grand Prize is US$25,000. 1st Place Prize [one (1)]: US$15,000 towards Staples products and help from Staples to bring winner’s Make Your Idea Happen vision to life, awarded as a US$10,500 Staples gift card and a US$4,500 check to defray taxes and a Sponsor-specified series of consultative phone calls with a panel of third party experts to help winner Make Your Idea Happen (based on their availability). The ARV of the 1st Place Prize is US$15,000. 2nd Place Prize [one (1)]: US$10,000 towards Staples products and help from Staples to bring winner’s Make Your Idea Happen vision to life, awarded as a US$7,000 Staples gift card and a US$3,000 check to defray taxes and a Sponsor-specified series of consultative phone calls with a panel of third party experts to help winner Make Your Idea Happen (based on their availability). The ARV of the 2nd Place Prize is US$10,000. Runner-up Prize [seven (7)]: US$5,000 towards Staples products and help from Staples to bring winner’s Make Your Idea Happen vision to life, awarded as a US$3,500 Staples gift card and a US$1,500 check to defray taxes. The ARV of each Runner-up Prize is US$5,000. Voter Sweepstakes Prize [three (3)] – A US$100 Staples gift card. The ARV of each Voter Sweepstakes Prize is US$100.
