one (1) Prize in this Sweepstakes (the “Prize”). The Prize is a trip to Chicago, IL for two (the winner and one guest) to attend Sponsor’s launch party (celebrating the launch of its pearl line of personal care products) on September 10, 2010 in the Ulta Beauty Store on State Street in Chicago, IL and for the winner to receive a hairstyling makeover from Richard Marin, a hairdresser of Hollywood celebrities. The Prize must be used on date(s) specified by Sponsor or the Prize may be forfeited. In the event Richard Marin becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another hair stylist for that portion of the Prize in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Prize includes: round trip coach airfare for the Prize winner and one guest; ground transfers for two (2) (Prize winner and guest) between the arrival airport and the hotel selected by Sponsor; transfer for the Prize winner and guest to and from the hotel to Sponsor’s launch party and for winner to receive the hairstyling makeover; accommodations (one (1) standard room) with a maximum of two (2) persons per room-Prize winner and guest) at a hotel selected by Sponsor for two (2) nights; attending Sponsor’s launch party at Ulta and a hairstyling makeover for the winner from Richard Marin. The total approximate retail value of the Prize is $2100.00 USD.
