One (1) Grand Prize: A 2015 Dodge Challenger RT Shaker automobile. The vehicle will be vinyl “wrapped” with the same design created by the winning contestant of the Dodge Challenger flash challenge in the Ink Master TV series. The prize includes payment of sales tax on the automobile. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) for the vehicle (without the “wrap”) is $35,795.00, and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the vehicle with the “wrap” option plus sales tax is $41,000.00.

The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all registration, tags, title and other fees and other expenses not listed above, including, but not limited to, insurance, extended warranties, gasoline, and all other costs incurred in claiming, receiving, registering or using the vehicle. Winner is also responsible for all costs associated with any optional accessories ordered by winner not specified above. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that the customized, artist-rendered vehicle can be sold, bartered, or traded for at the stated value. Values are subject to market conditions, which can fluctuate and any difference between actual market value and ARV will not be awarded. Winner must look exclusively to manufacturer for warranty issues. Sponsor has not made and Sponsor is not responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the Grand Prize vehicle, or regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer’s warranty that may apply to the Grand Prize vehicle or any components thereto. Winner will be given the option to decline to have car “wrapped” after the winner has been verified and prior to the winner claiming the prize, in which the case, the ARV of the Grand Prize would be $38,000.00 which is the sum of the MSRP and approximate sales tax. Prize vehicle and wrapping may differ from what is depicted in Sweepstakes advertising or in the final design. Winner may be required to show proof of valid insurance and driver’s license prior to receipt of automobile. Winner must take delivery of vehicle at a dealership location and time of Sponsor’s or Sweepstakes Administrator’s sole choosing. Winner must sign all required documents and pay title, registration and other required fees to take valid possession of the vehicle from the dealership. If the winner elects to “wrap” the vehicle, then at the winner’s option, either Sponsor will transport the vehicle to/from the wrapping facility or the winner may drive the vehicle to the wrapping facility. Wrapping must be completed within thirty (30) days of the winner taking ownership of the vehicle. In either instance, the Released Parties (as defined below) will have no liability to winner for any liability, claims, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the transport of the vehicle to/from the wrapping facility, or any liability, claims, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the wrapping facility’s work on the vehicle or possession of the vehicle. Sponsor reserves the right to delay vehicle delivery or substitute a similar vehicle of equal or greater value should the vehicle as described be unavailable for any reason.

Within ten (10) days of the Grand Prize winner taking ownership of the vehicle, the Grand Prize winner will also be awarded a check in the amount of $10,000.00 to assist such winner with his/her payment of income taxes due as a result of winning such a prize as well as title, registration and other fees paid in connection with taking ownership of the vehicle (“Cash Assistance Award”). The Grand Prize winner shall not be entitled to receive the Cash Assistance Award, or any portion thereof, if the Grand Prize winner does not take ownership of the vehicle. The Grand Prize winner shall be solely responsible for the payment of any taxes due as a result of winning the Grand Prize (other than the payment of the sales tax), notwithstanding any Cash Assistance Award that such winner may receive. Therefore the maximum total ARV of the Grand Prize is $51,000.00.
