PRIZES AND THE VALUE OF THE PRIZES. Each Chevy Sweet Seat Prize Winner (defined below) will receive (a) four (4) Chevy Sweet Seats (each ticket valued at $215.00), and courtesy transportation to and from the game (up to forty miles each way, otherwise transportation will not be offered) for the Chevy Sweet Seat Prize Winner and up to three (3) of his/her guests to attend one (1) Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim home baseball game (the “Chevy Sweet Seat Prize Game”) (date to be determined by Sponsor and Administrator), and (b) two (2) tickets for the Chevy Sweet Seat Prize Winner and one guest to attend the September 26, 2010 Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim game (the “Grand Prize Game”) at which they will be entered as a finalist in a random drawing to win the Grand Prize ((a) and (b) the “Chevy Sweet Seat Prize”). One (1) Grand Prize Winner (defined below) will receive one (1) CHEVROLET automobile (manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $26,000) (the “Grand Prize” or “Vehicle”). There will be six (6) Chevy Sweet Seat Prize Winners and one Grand Prize Winner in all. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Chevy Sweet Seat Prize is $860.00; the ARV of all prizes is $31,160.
