Kwikset “#tweettowin” Sweepstakes
Following registration, The Entrant will be instructed to draft a tweet and publish the tweet via the Website. Each tweet must be no more than 140 characters long and must contain the hashtag, ‘#tweettowin’ and handle, ‘@RCR31JeffBurton . By completing the Sweepstakes registration form and publishing a tweet through the Website, the Entrant will obtain one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Tweets must be published thru the Website only. All tweets published thru Twitter will not be counted as Sweepstakes entries.
In addition, on July 6, 2013, the Sponsor (@KwiksetCorp ) will reveal a number of entry accelerators or multipliers via Twitter in tandem with real-time race events such as a pit stop, caution flag, etc. Entrants will have the opportunity to earn additional Sweepstakes entries by visiting the Website and tweeting during this time.
The potential Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the Administrator whose decisions are final and binding. The Prize drawing will be conducted on or about July 9, 2013. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by the Administrator via telephone (a message will not be left), email, and/or USPS mail. First Prize Winners will be contacted via email or USPS mail. If a potential Prize Winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days after the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential Winner in his/her place at random from the remaining entries.
PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize and Five (5) First Prizes awarded following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.
Grand Prize Winner, upon the Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive a VIP race experience for up to four (4) people at the October night race in Charlotte, North Carolina on October 12th (the “Location”). The Grand Prize package is inclusive of the following:
• Exclusive access to pit road during the race
• Pit, garage and No. 31 hauler tour
• Exclusive tour of the Richard Childress Racing campus including the race shop and museum
• Lunch for four at The Bistro at Childress Vineyards
• Meet and greet photo opportunity with Jeff Burton
• Access to the race on October 12th in Charlotte, NC
• Round-trip coach class air transportation for up to four (4) from a major gateway airport nearest winner’s residence in the continental U.S. to Charlotte, North Carolina.
• Two (2) night’s hotel accommodations (two double occupancy rooms)
• Transportation to and from the race and to and from Richard Childress Racing
• $200 American Express card for food and beverage
• Access to the Kwikset hospitality event on race night
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the total prize package is $3,000.00. All travel associated with the Grand Prize package must be completed in full between October 11, 2013 and October 13, 2013.
Each First Prize winner will receive an autographed Jeff Burton t-shirt, $50 Home Depot or Lowe’s gift card, and Kwikset product(s) (up to $200 value). Each First Prize package has an ARV of $250.
