One (1) National Grand Prize: Hot or Cold Trip: One (1) winner from all entries will be selected to win an all-inclusive trip as to winners choice from the following:
• Hot Beach Vacation in the Florida Keys – Trip includes round trip coach airfare for two from an airport near winner’s home (determined by sponsor in its sole discretion) to Little Palm Island Resort & Spa including 7 nights top hotel, all food & drink at hotel, daily beach chairs/cabana and transfers to and from airport (determined by sponsor and the dates selected by the winner).
OR
• Cold Ski Trip to Jackson Hole – Trip includes round trip coach airfare for two from an airport near winner’s home (determined by sponsor in its sole discretion) to Teton Mountain Lodge Spa including 7 nights, all food & drink at spa, daily ski rental and lift tickets for two, 1 day spa treatments and transfers to and from airport (determined by sponsor and the dates selected by the winner).
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the trip is approximately $6,000. National winner must complete trip by December 31, 2016 or prize will be forfeited. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. There is a cash option of $4,000.
Thirteen (13) Local Market Prizes: One Year Health Food/Items: One (1) winner from each of the thirteen (13) participating market events Metro Areas as designated by Arbitron will receive a $1,200 Gift Certificate to a Local Market Participating Store…equivalent to $100 Gift Certificate per month for one year. ..see Exhibit A for list of Participating Stores. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each local market prize is approximately $1,200.
The total approximate retail value of all Prizes to be awarded is approximately $21,600. Only one Winner per household is permitted.
