WEEPSTAKES PRIZES (4): The following Prizes are available to be won in the Sweepstakes:
Grand Prize (1 available): One (1) prize of $1,000,000.00 USD (One Million Dollars) in cash, awarded via wire transfer to a qualified bank account in the Prize Winner’s name that permits and accepts international wire transfers.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $1,000,000.00 USD
A spending budget of $170,000.00 USD (“Spending Budget”) to be used towards a Mercedes-Benz vehicle to be selected by the First Prize Winner that is available at an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership in the First Prize Winner’s jurisdiction (the “Vehicle”). The cost of the Vehicle selected must exceed at least $100,000 USD, inclusive of trim level and optional original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) accessories. Any remaining balance of the spending budget after Vehicle cost, and following the deduction of all related costs and expenses as described below that have not already been deducted, will be paid to the First Prize Winner either as a check, as prepaid cards, or via wire transfer to a qualified bank account in the First Prize Winner’s name that permits and accepts international wire transfers, in the Sponsor’s sole and absolution discretion, such payment not to exceed $30,000.00 USD.
