Each verified Grand Prize winner will receive a 16-minue NASCAR Racing Experience (riding along with a professional driver) for winner plus one (1) eligible guest (“the Experience”) plus a total of $750 awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner (intended to assist winner with their incidental expenses). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $3,011.92.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternate merchandise item of approximate equal or greater value, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, based upon availability. ARV of each first prize: $250. Total ARV of all available first prize awards: $3,000.

Grand Prize Award (Maximum 1 winner): The grand prize winner shall receive a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest age 21 or older) to Las Vegas, NV to see Kenny Chesney concert at the Sphere during the Sponsor designated travel dates (scheduled for – Friday, 7/10/2026 – Sunday, 7/12/2026), based upon availability, and subject to change. The grand prize has an approximate retail value of $3,000, and includes:

• Round trip coach class airfare for two (2) (winner and one (1) guests age twenty-one (21) or older) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor designated airport servicing Las Vegas, NV.  Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor (scheduled for – Friday, 7/10/2026 – Sunday, 7/12/2026);

• In the event winner resides within 250 miles of Las Vegas, NV, Sponsor reserves the right to award a $500 travel stipend, in lieu of airfare, in its sole discretion;

• Two (2)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at the Sponsor designated hotel in the Las Vegas, NV metro area (based upon availability); check-in and check-out dates as solely specified by Sponsor (scheduled for – Friday, 7/10/2026 – Sunday, 7/12/2026);
• Two (2) tickets to Kenny Chelsea concert at The Sphere in Las Vegas for the performance scheduled for 7/11/2026.       Show date subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Seat locations as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, based upon availability;
