PRIZE DETAILS, ODDS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS. One (1) prize is available to be awarded. The prize
consists of two (2) tickets to watch the selection of top professional basketball prospects in June of 2026 in New
York (the “Event”). Exact Event location (the “Event Location”) and Event date will be determined by the NBA
Entities, in their sole discretion, at a date later than the publication of these Official Rules.

If the Winner lives more than seventy-five (75) miles from the Event Location, then the following additional prizes
will also be awarded to the Winner (collectively, the “Additional Prizes”): round-trip (main cabin) coach air
transportation (from a major airport servicing American Airlines nearest Winner’s home to destination city) for
Winner and Winner’s one (1) guest; standard, double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one room) for two (2)
nights; and two hundred dollars ($200.00) spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to the
